Apartment renovation
From floor plans to materials - bring your apartment up to your standards, with German-grade execution.
Expats
Coming Home.
Let me be the architect of your home. Whether it's a sophisticated renovation of your apartment or the complex building permit - Bauantrag - for your new house - I handle the German regulations so you don't have to.
My Promise
Your peace of mind is my priority.
- Together, we will create the custom residential design you’ve always dreamed of.
- I coordinate the contractors and handle the paperwork while you focus on your new life.
- In doing so, I bridge the gap between cultures and regulations: professionally fluent in English and German, with a solid foundation in Spanish from my time in Valencia.
- Feel at home in Germany right from the start – supported by an architect who has lived the expat life firsthand.
"Bauantrag" & permits
Licensed AKNW authority for new builds and "Bauen im Bestand" - paperwork that actually clears.
Site Supervision & Trade Coordination
Reliable on-site supervision: I coordinate all trades and closely monitor quality, costs, and timelines, so you can simply breathe easy.
